CROC-EMBOSSED LEATHER
Croc-embossed leather is crafted from high-quality bovine leather embossed to recreate the distinctive crocodile pattern. The leather is vegetable-tanned without the use of chrome and will develop a natural patina over time.
With use, natural creases and gentle wear may appear on the surface. Our leathers are dyed through, which helps maintain the color and extend the life of the product.
Because of the natural finish of vegetable-tanned leather, we do not recommend waterproofing it. Avoid contact with water. If the bag becomes wet, remove excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
Dust and light dirt can be removed with a soft dry or slightly damp cotton cloth. Always wipe the leather dry after cleaning.
If scratches appear, a neutral leather cream or color-matched conditioner may help restore the surface. Always test any product on a small, inconspicuous area first.
For light colors, avoid contact with strongly dyed fabrics such as dark denim.
Store the bag in its dust bag, away from moisture and heat sources.
WARRANTY
NOVINSKA handbags are covered by a 24-month guarantee.
If your handbag requires repair within this period, we will repair it free of charge in our Warsaw leather atelier, including hardware replacement and craftsmanship-related repairs.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents (such as cuts or punctures), natural wear of leather, softening of the bag’s structure, or stains and marks.
LIFETIME REPAIR SERVICE
We believe a well-made bag should last for years. Our repair service is part of our commitment to craftsmanship and longevity.
After the 24-month guarantee period, we continue to offer lifetime repair and restoration services in our Warsaw atelier for a service fee.
