RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Customers may withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To meet this deadline, it is enough to submit the withdrawal form HERE before the 14-day period expires.
2. If you wish to return a product, please notify us by email at contact@novinska.com and send the returned item no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
3. The cost of returning the product is covered by the Customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds as store credit.
4. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and remains in its original, unchanged condition. To help us process your return more quickly, please include proof of purchase, such as a copy of the invoice, receipt, payment confirmation, or order confirmation.
5. The returned product should be packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
