SUEDE
Suede is one of NOVINSKA’s signature leathers — refined and delicate, with a soft velvety finish. Regular protection is essential, as it helps prevent the leather from absorbing water and dirt. Although our suede products are treated during production, we recommend reapplying protection from time to time, especially with frequent use. A waterproof spray with nano-particles works best. Recommended suede care products are available in our store (may be subject to shipping restrictions).
Because suede has a soft, velvety texture, it is best to avoid contact with light-colored clothing and upholstery, as dye from the leather may transfer, particularly when exposed to moisture.
To refresh the surface, gently brush the suede with a soft suede brush (ideally with nylon bristles) to restore the nap. A lint roller can also be used occasionally to remove dust and small particles.
Avoid excessive contact with water. If the bag becomes wet, remove excess moisture with a soft dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Water droplets may temporarily darken the leather but usually return to their original color once dry.
For grease stains, sprinkle the stain with potato starch, leave it for a few hours to absorb the oil, then gently brush away the powder.
Avoid contact with strongly dyed fabrics such as dark denim. Store the bag in its cotton dust bag in a dry place.
WARRANTY
NOVINSKA handbags are covered by a 24-month guarantee.
If your handbag requires repair within this period, we will repair it free of charge in our Warsaw leather atelier, including hardware replacement and craftsmanship-related repairs.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents (such as cuts or punctures), natural wear of leather, softening of the bag’s structure, or stains and marks.

We believe a well-made bag should last for years. Our repair service is part of our commitment to craftsmanship and longevity.
After the 24-month guarantee period, we continue to offer lifetime repair and restoration services in our Warsaw atelier for a service fee.
