RAFFIA FABRIC 

Our raffia bags are crafted from an Italian woven fabric made primarily from natural cotton fibres with a small addition of synthetic threads to enhance durability and structure. Unlike traditional palm raffia, this material offers greater resilience.

Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight and contact with sharp objects that may pull the weave.

If the material becomes wet, allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from heat and direct sunlight.

Dust and light dirt can be removed with a soft brush. For stains, use a slightly damp soft cloth and clean gently.

Over time, individual fibres may loosen — a natural characteristic of the weave. If a thread becomes pulled, gently guide it back into place or contact us for repair.

Leather elements are mounted on a structural foam layer. Avoid pressing them with other objects to prevent creasing. 

When not in use, store the bag in its dust bag.

WARRANTY

NOVINSKA handbags are covered by a 24-month guarantee.

If your handbag requires repair within this period, we will repair it free of charge in our Warsaw leather atelier, including hardware replacement and craftsmanship-related repairs.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents (such as punctures or cuts), natural wear of leather, softening of the bag’s structure, or stains and marks.

LIFETIME REPAIR SERVICE

We believe a well-made bag should last for years. Our repair service is part of our commitment to craftsmanship and longevity.

After the 24-month guarantee period, we continue to offer lifetime repair and refresh services in our Warsaw atelier for a service fee.
