2. Orders

You can place an order without creating an account. To use the store you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and an email address at which you can receive the order confirmation. Providing unlawful content is not permitted.

Choose a product and variant, add it to your cart, enter the details needed to fulfil the order, select delivery and payment, and review the summary. Placing an order with a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay means an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the store confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We send the confirmation to the email address provided.

The description, material, dimensions, price and availability of each product are shown on its product page. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer to agree on a solution and refund any payment due for the unfulfilled part. We do not replace a product with another one without the customer's consent.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include the taxes specified in the offer. Before you confirm your order, the available payment methods, the delivery cost and the total amount payable are displayed. The price and terms presented when placing the order apply. Payment may only be made using the methods indicated during checkout; current instructions are provided while the order is being processed.

A proof of purchase is issued in accordance with applicable law. Invoice details, including a business's tax ID, must be provided when placing the order.

4. Fulfilment and delivery

Products marked “Available in 48h” are ready to ship and are dispatched within two working days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend are handled from Monday, if it is a working day. Made-to-order products are sewn within up to 14 calendar days and then dispatched within up to two working days, unless a different time is stated on the product page.

Transit time must be added to the preparation time. In Poland, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from dispatch. Available countries, delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout. International transit time depends on the country and carrier. We will inform the customer of any expected delay.

5. Withdrawal and complaints

As a rule, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract. Detailed deadlines, how to notify us, refund rules and the exception for personalised products are set out in the returns and complaints policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We accept complaints by email or at the address given in section 1; consumers will receive a reply within 14 days. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights granted by applicable law, including to entitled businesses concluding a contract of a non-professional nature.

6. Personal data and electronic services

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the privacy policy. Fulfilling an order does not require consent to marketing. The newsletter is optional and you can unsubscribe via the link in any message or by contacting the store. For questions about customer accounts or complaints about how the store works, write to contact@novinska.com.

7. Disputes and changes to the Terms

These contracts are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Consumers may seek help from a consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection and out-of-court dispute resolution bodies. Information is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Participation in out-of-court proceedings follows the rules of the relevant procedure.

We publish new versions of the Terms on the store website. Changes do not affect acquired rights or the terms of orders placed before they take effect. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed in particular by the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

This English text is a translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
